Important: SheetVault is currently in pre-launch phase. This Privacy Policy applies to our waitlist and marketing communications. When we launch our product, we will update this policy accordingly and notify all waitlist members.

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

  • Email Address: To contact you about our launch, send welcome messages, and provide product updates

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects data via cookies. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may process technical data for hosting purposes.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We retain your email address until: (1) you unsubscribe from our waitlist, (2) SheetVault launches and you choose not to create an account, or (3) 24 months after signup if we do not launch. After this period, we will delete your information unless required by law to retain it.

To unsubscribe from emails, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt out of data sales (note: we do not sell personal information).

Our legal basis for processing is your consent (by signing up for our waitlist).

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws. By signing up for our waitlist, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify waitlist members via email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
